The movie : Unwatchable – What if congo tragedy happened to your family?

The Unwatchable campaign aims to stop the trade in Conflict Minerals in the Democratic republic of Congo. These minerals fund militias who use rape as a weapon of war. Over 400,000 men, women and children where raped in the last year. We have launched a petition to pressure both mobile phone manufacturers and the EU to have stricter controls on supply chains of these minerals which will have a direct effect on the ground. You can find out more, sign the petition or watch the film at UNWATCHABLE.CC

*Please note the film itself is rated by the BBFC as only suitable for viewers over 18 and contains strong disturbing sexual violence. If you are sensitive to issues of rape or are easily offended we’d suggest you not watch it.

Unwatchable was made by DarkFibre and the Behind the scenes footage was produced by Fat Rat Films.
